Welcome to BookFolk

BookFolk.com is an online book catalog service: a reliable database that will keep your book catalog safe from computer failure, loss or destruction, and accessible from any Internet connection. You can record your books, search by subject and title, customize the information in your entries, and print the entire catalog or selected sections.

Should you choose, you can also grant access to some or all of your catalog to selected other users. Share listings of common-interest books with friends; check the libraries that your friends maintain. At last you can give a book knowing that the recipient doesn’t already own it!

BookFolk.com is also an online booklovers’ community. You can create specialized libraries, composed of your selected listings and those of other people who share your interests. With our check out features, you can request to borrow a book from another member, and keep track of books you’ve loaned. Clubs and other groups with community libraries can use BookFolk.com to keep their catalogs updated, make them readily accessible to members, and facilitate their loan process.

BookFolk.com is a new site, and a new concept of library catalogs. Over the next few months we’ll be making changes and improvements, adding new functionality and creating new ways to share your library with others. Thank you for taking the time to be a part of this project.
