BookFolk's Book Lending Policy
No member is obligated to loan any book in his or her collection to anyone, regardless of whether or not that book has been flagged as being available for loan. By making a book in your collection available for loan, you agree to allow other BookFolk members to contact you via the e-mail address you have provided in your account, that they may request to borrow the book. When requesting to borrow a book from another member, you agree to allow your e-mail address to be used as the return address in contacting the book owner, who may then reply to you at that address. BookFolk does not oversee the lending or retrieval of any book in any member's collection. BookFolk shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any book in any member's collection.
